Shipping will be done via (United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) Or U.P.S. Ground. All shipping charges will be added to the Total Order price. Please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping

PEATS will occasionally offer “Free Shipping” as a sale special.. All shipping for such events will be done via U.S.P.S.

Discounts

PEATS will offer discount coupons or special item pricing at various times on various items. Any item purchased under those circumstances will be handled at the discounted price and not at full price if there is a return issue.

Return Policy

Contact us via phone or email to receive an RMA number so we can promptly process your request.

 Refunds for items returned within thirty (30)days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
